2. Shuttle Service (Pickup) & Store Visit

For customers using the shuttle service, we will pick you up from the airport with a shuttle car from our office.
Please see below for shuttle locations and details.

※We cannot compensate for any damage, soiling, or loss of luggage. Please handle valuables and fragile items personally.

For Those Using Miyako Airport

Upon arriving at the airport, please approach the staff holding the 'MockLab Rent-a-Car' placard right outside the baggage claim area.

  • If you are not using the shuttle service, please come directly to our office.
  • There are no staff permanently stationed at the airport. If using the shuttle service, please enter your flight number when making a reservation.

3. Rental Procedure & Payment

We will carry out the procedures at the sales counter. Please prepare the following items in advance.

  • Credit card for payment (if you wish to pay by credit card)
  • Coupon or discount ticket
  • Passport (if not a Japanese citizen)
  • Name and phone number used at the time of reservation

At the sales counter, we will explain the rental agreement, precautions for rental, and the return process.

4. Vehicle Handover

After a brief explanation of the vehicle, we will inspect the vehicle's exterior for any damage together with you. Once the inspection is complete, you can start using the vehicle immediately.

5. Vehicle Return / Excess Settlement & Other

Please be sure to return the vehicle to the departure office by the designated return time. If you expect to exceed the scheduled time, please contact the office as soon as possible.
After returning the vehicle, our staff will record the actual mileage and check the vehicle's exterior and interior.
Please note that you are required to refuel the vehicle to full before returning it (don't forget to bring the receipt).

6. Free Shuttle Service (Drop-off)

We provide shuttle service between the airport and our office. Please provide your arrival and return flight numbers in the web form when making a reservation.
※If needed after making a reservation, please inform us via the reservation site or our staff.

免責補償制度へは無料で標準加入しておりますので、上記免責額が発生することはございません。
ご利用中の車両に損害等を与えた場合の営業補償料金(NOC)は自走出来る形でしたら10万円、自走不可であれば15万円発生致しますが、2,200/日(税込)でNOCを免除するオプションに加入することができます。

8.ご予約の取り消しについて

If you cancel your reservation, we may charge a cancellation fee as specified below. Additionally, if you do not arrive within an hour of your scheduled departure time, we may cancel your reservation.
Please note that in cases of force majeure such as typhoons or natural disasters, the cancellation fee may not apply. Please contact us in such cases.

Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation fees apply if you cancel after your reservation has been confirmed.

Until 8 days before the departure date: Free
Until 7 days before the departure date: 50% of the total amount
Until 6 days before the departure date: 50% of the total amount
Until 5 days before the departure date: 50% of the total amount
Until 4 days before the departure date: 50% of the total amount
Until 3 days before the departure date: 50% of the total amount
Until 2 days before the departure date: 50% of the total amount
Until 1 day before the departure date: 70% of the total amount
Until the day of departure: 100% of the total amount
After departure: 100% of the total amount

The cancellation fee is capped at 150,000 yen.
If we do not hear from you within one hour after your scheduled reservation time, we will treat it as a cancellation.

■Cancellation Policy Information
If you cancel or do not contact us after the scheduled rental time, 100% of the base fee will be charged.
We accept changes to your reservation by phone.
For cancellations or changes on the day before or the day of your reservation, please contact us by phone instead of email. (Cancellation fees will apply starting one week before your rental date.)
